These terms govern use of the AtithiOps website and early-access hotel operations software.

Early-access service

AtithiOps is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur while the service is being improved.

Accounts and authorised use

Hotels are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during setup, for keeping login details secure, and for limiting access to authorised staff. The service must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with other systems.

Hotel responsibilities

Each hotel remains responsible for its guest relationships, rates, taxes, invoices, statutory registers, data-collection notices and compliance with applicable hospitality, tax and privacy laws.

Content and software

Hotels retain rights to information they submit. AtithiOps and its branding, interface and software remain the property of their respective owner. No part of the service may be copied, reverse engineered or resold without written permission.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an early-access basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, AtithiOps is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from prototype or demonstration data.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security issues, misuse or non-compliance with these terms. A hotel may request account closure by contacting us, subject to applicable retention requirements.
